Once a design has been shipped off, it is yours (or for the person it is intended). No refunds, returns or exchanges. 

At this time, only shipping within British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. ($5 flat rate or free with a minimum of a $50). If more interest grows, other provinces will be added.
